Alternatives: Cleaner, Safer

Electronic cigarettes, the 21st  century answer to tobacco, or "analog" cigarettes as e-cig users call them, are safer than burning cigarettes in that they don't burn anything, they use state of the art technology to vaporize a nicotine containing liquid, which creates a vapor that  simulates the smoking experience, that looks and tastes like smoke but dissipates in seconds, does not produce secondhand smoke, and won't burn your house down if you drop in on the the floor.

These little marvels have thousands of loyal followers worldwide, almost all former smokers, who after trying them decided they preferred them to old fashioned cigarettes. E-cigs, as they are known to many, replace the many habits associated with smoking, provide the nicotine smokers are addicted to, all without causing the user to inhale the thousands of chemicals contained in cigarette smoke. The liquid used to make the vapor contains PG (propylene glycol), also used to make the fog at concerts and considered safe enough to be in many pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food products), and/or VG, (vegetable glycerol) water, nicotine and natural and/or artificial flavorings.

The liquid is available is available in high, medium low and zero nicotine content, so if a user chooses to wean him/her self from nicotine, that is their choice. NOTE--The e-cig is NOT sold as a means to quit smoking, rather they are sold as an alternative choice for smokers who wish to enjoy their pastime without many of the hassles of smoking. Many restaurants, bars, and other meeting places (but not all, so ask first) that do not allow people to smoke will allow people to use their little vaporizers. It is helpful to show what the e-cig does NOT produce--smoke--when confronted by someone who thinks the user is smoking, not 'vaping, (slang for vaporizing) as e-cig users call what they do.
